4.3 Refunds

• Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
• Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, or overload our Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to our Service

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you upload (such as reference images you own rights to). You grant us a license to use, process, and store this content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the rights to AI-generated content you create using our Service for personal and commercial use, provided:

• You created the content using a paid account or valid credits
• The content complies with our Acceptable Use policy
• The content does not infringe third-party rights

Free tier users may have limited commercial rights. Check your plan details for specific licensing terms.

6.3 Our Rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements
• Results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMCHARACTER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Content created by other users
• Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dreamcharacter.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
